I was driving with my daughter yesterday and we saw a Jaaaaaaag not unlike this one, with giant rims. In fact the one we saw had mismatched rims so it was even more lovely. To the point, it had the phrase, "Hows yo neck feel?" painted on the side. We concluded that it probably meant we were to look at his amazing vehicle so suddenly that we injured our necks? Thoughts?

That's pretty much it - "this car be snappin' necks and turning heads".

Yes, likely what that was meant to mean. Was this in Japan, or on a trip elsewhere?

Edit: one of your other posts, you mention a trip to LA. So, yes, an authentic expression of LA culture, not a totally lacking in irony repetition of it, as is sometimes common.

That's a stereotype.

It's actually about me.

My daughter married an American and live in SF. I spend time here each year, always keep my eyes open for interesting cars. I saw a bright green Brat, a DS Safari near Dalores park which was a surprise.

He was looking around to make sure people were looking. I always like to admire a boring car near me when I see that to try and upset them haha

I often wonder if drivers of these cars mistake looks of disgust and derision for that of admiration. This is something I think about every time I stare at one of these with disdain.

Thankfully it wasn't an R, but he ruined it to the best of his ability.
